Cute hotel.

It was ok. Under construction. They are remodeling. Staff was very nice. Elevator scared us. We was kind of scared to move since it rattled easy lol. Room was nice. Found it strange there was no table to play cards or eat at so we ate on the bed.

The pool was closed and that was the main reason , it was not nasty but they could clean the room more and wipe off the walls and get new chairs for the room because it’s terrible and spray air freshener in the room ! the breakfast is NASTY but CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT and VERY ACCOMMODATING !!!!

Nice rooms. The property was being renovated so the first floor was still under construction, but there was no excessive noise from it. Unfortunately the heater for the pool wasn’t functioning, but that also may have been due to the construction on the first floor. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Indianapolis stay

They had 4 people at the check in but only person could check me in but I had to wait 20 minutes while she was on the phone. I don’t know what the other workers were doing. The building is old. Most the gym equipment didn’t work and the fire extinguishers were missing. The pool was cold. They would not even give me waters after an 8 hour drive. The front clerk refused to check me in early. The breakfast was horrible and cold.

Got an email an hour before we arrived, hotel was under construction & pool was not available. The room was fine, bed firm soft pillows, clean. Breakfast meh. No forks, or butter, apple juice, orange juice but they had milk and coffee. No hand sanitizer anywhere all dispensers empty.

Room was fine but no free wifi and sad breakfast

Room was fine and staff was great. No free wifi at a hotel is really annoying and kind of a big deal when trying to work. It was trying to make me sign up for Hilton Honors again. Just FYI, I used to LOVE Hilton Honors and booked all hotels through the app and only stayed at their hotels. Then once I had some friends stay at the same hotel on the same night and they told me their rate and it was way lower. I contacted Hilton, thinking their loyal Honors people should be getting the same rate and they did nothing for me. So don't ever book directly through the hilton app! Anyway, back to this stay, the staff was great, and the room was fine. The breakfast was the worst free breakfast I've seen. The fruit was literally canned fruit cocktail if that tells you anything. Location was good for us.

Decent hotel but under construction

I spent 3 nights here while the first floor was under construction. Overall the hotel was quiet and comfortable. There was a lot of road noise and I could see the highway from my room (301). The bed was comfortable and room was clean and smelled clean. The shower had good pressure and the towels were soft, full size shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion and a bar soap were provided. Because of the construction there was no daily buffet but they did offer grab and go breakfast. This included a yogurt, fruit, juice and milk, and a jimmy dean sausage, egg and cheese sandwich, so still a substantial and decent breakfast. The fitness room was fine but there was no water in the dispenser, and no ice machines on the third floor. I did not use the pool but there were plenty of towels and it seemed quite spacious.

Renovation under way

The facility is being renovated. Most negative factors were related to that. The ground (main) floor flooring was dusty in preparation for laying a new floor. The single elevator required us to walk through that construction area, to go from the lobby to our room or to the very small breakfast area. The room itself was very comfortable and consistent with Hampton Inns, 4.5 stars. There were a few small factors. There was no bathroom toilet paper holder. Not sure, but I would assume that part of the Reno is not complete. I was not on the highway side of the building. Road noise was not a problem in my 3rd floor room. The breakfast was somewhat limited. No milk, limited fruit, no breakfast bars or hand held options.

Beware of renovations & no heat

When we first got there we noticed the whole first level of the hotel was under renovations which they did not disclose on their website or hotels.com. We go to our room to change the kids so they can go her in the pool when we got into the pool room it's was 58° and the water was FREEZING. I asked the front desk if they could have someone check the heat and the maintenance man came in and said the heat was not working. So then we get the kids up stairs to try and give them a shower but of course it took over ten minutes for our hot water to heat up and while in our room we also discovered our room did not have heat. Maintenance came up and confirmed the heat was not working in our room that we would have to switch rooms which would have been silly since even the hallways felt so cold. The hotel would not refund me bc it was a "nonrefundable stay". I completely get not refunding if it was anything I did wrong but how was i supposed to stay in an hotel with no heat with 3 small children...... So we had to book another hotel due to the conditions of this hotel. Be careful before you book there.
