Horrible unclean hotel!!!

The only things needed in hotel: safety, bed, shower!!!! Hole in door to adjoining room covered over by hotel with paper Hole in bathroom ceiling, dirty toilet, ac didn’t work, shower didn’t work, no pool as advertised, elevator didn’t work, no blankets just sheet, something bit my face Ken stated the hotel Not responsible for cleanliness or if things are working or not because we “booked through a third party”. He stayed hotels.com needs to be the ones to refund our money.

The bed had huge yellow stains on the sheets. There was hair in the bedding. Room was dirty. Property pictures are not accurate. Probably from the previous hotel owner. Pool closed probably permanently. It seems that most clients live there. It smelled bad everywhere. The receptionist was very polite and understanding

A better breakfast would have made it more worth t

The room was quiet I was on the first floor so the elevator wasn't an issue for me but there is an elevator out they still have one working my only complaint was the breakfast there was cereal plain white bread orange juice and apple juice milk was in a gallon jug that everybody use I don't know if I feel safe with that or not
Paul, 14-night trip

2/10 Poor

The hotel is outdated. All the facilities and supplies are very old, cracks on the wall, and even the bedsheets and towels are old with some stains. We just stayed one night. The mattress is very soft, and the AC was loud. Complimentary breakfast only provided with sliced bread, tea/coffee/milk. We were assigned to a non-smoking room but clearly there was strong smoking odor. Overall, it's not maintained well and really didn't meet the bare minimum requirements of a hotel.

The staff was wonderful!! They were all very quick to take care of anything, more towels, coffee in the late evening, restoring tv/internet when storm interrupted service, etc. Each staff member we encountered was very kind and welcoming.

Friendly, staff, accommodating, nice clean room. Unfortunately under renovation no pool, no laundry no breakfast. Good for a good shower and nights sleep.

This is an older hotel and needs some maintenance.Only one elevator was working. It was clean, quiet, and safe. Parts have been ypgraded.

We reached very late in the evening from driving, when we called ahead to confirm we were assured not to worry and things were good order and they gave us a nearby room. Being late for breakfast and being closed, they did not hesitate to bring us the breakfast. In general very convenient location ( ~2 miles from I-74), good service, ample parking. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

The Days Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham Danville was clean, staff was nice and that had breakfast was the best part for me and my husband to get us started on our day. I will be staying there again when I have to take my grandson back home. in a couple of weeks. U felt safe it was quiet the gas station was right across the street. easy parking and they had cameras around the hotel that works over all the place was wonderful.

6/10 Good

the check in was fine, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was adequate, and parking was close. The place is dated and in need upgrading,One elevator was out, AC noisy, bathroom just okay, TV channels limited, easy chair was shabby and dirty. My room overlooked a busy intersection and the road noise was disruptive. Over all for the price I was satisfied. I only needed to sleep.

Cleanliness is an attitude that generally reflects management... Work on the management at this location and cleanliness will not be an issue.
Dale, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The pool was not open. Breakfast was only adequate. Staff were nice (when I saw them infrequently) It just needs some general upkeep. Only 1 elevator worked and it was very dirty. Our hot water faucet leaked. Sink faucet leaked if turned to hot or cold. It was convenient for our needs but wouldn't stay again.

Dried blood on the sheets? No thanks.

The bed was very comfortable. The location is also handy, close to the place I was visiting. But one day the newly changed sheets had dried blood on them. Not nice. The motel is very basic, no room decor at all. The hot water faucet in the tub/shower leaked hot water and got very hot even during a three-minute shower. Hot enough to burn an unwary customer. The breakfast was not well supplied, no biscuits for biscuits and gravy, for instance. Staff responded to issues as if I was creating a problem for them.

Won’t be Staying Here Again

I had booked my stay which stated that check out the following day was at 11am like normal. When my family and i arrived, we were told that checkout was 10am due to change in owners and management apparently, like what??? Next, our room that we booked was a double room with 2 queen sized beds, which turned out to be one room with 2 queen beds. The rooms were very unwelcoming with bare white walls with no nice art or anything. Half the lights were burnt out so it was partially dark. The people who stayed across from us had a little dog that kept barking the whole night that we had to sleep with the tv on a semi loud volume. In the morning my husband, two small kids and I went downstairs to make some waffles. We were actually enjoying them in the dining area, until an argument broke out between a low class couple that escalated to verbal abuse and fowl language and threats which frightened my two young children. The quality of this place has really gone down since I stayed here about a year ago. We will not be booking here again.

8/10 Very good

The person that checked me in was very nice. The renovation in the lobby looked nice. Only 1 elevator was working. The beds were comfortable. However parts of the bathriom were not clean. At first i thought maybe just old and worn but even the toilet paper holder was dirty on the inside. The person that checked me out was not as friendly but could tell she was probably frustrated as while i was checking out she addressed what she perceived as a late arriving employee.
Tammi, 2-night trip

The price was right. The area is a little bit decayed around the hotel. The hotel is under renovation, so there's a lot of dust and paint issues, doors that need work (our room didn't have the safety latch). Breakfast was basically nonexistent on a Monday morning. No coffee, basically a few items on hand, the usual waffle maker for one, and as any hotel these days: strawberry yogurt is the norm. What I liked: the bed was very comfy, the 2nd floor was quiet, the TV worked like it should (I find this to rarely be the case anymore). Bathroom was clean, some smoke in the hallway, but room was fresh. Not sure what was going on with the parking situation, but there was lighting and cameras for security (visibly working on a monitor at the desk). The staff was friendly and helpful. A good experience overall, and I look forward to stopping in again in the future when construction work is finished.

Filthy room

The room we got was disgusting. I believe the hotel had it posted that there are renovations going on, but the cleanliness of the room was horrifying. Upon entering we saw handprints on the headboards of one of the beds, and the bathroom was just covered in either dust or some other white residue. The inside of the toilet was disgusting and overall i think i felt dirtier in the room than anywhere else on my trip. Our door was also missing the top lock so i felt a little uneasy. Staff seemed pretty nice during check in and check out. If i was not just staying one night I probably would have brought up the condition of the room, but i was so tired from driving i didn't bother. I probably won't return if I'm ever in the area. If the hotel reads this, please make sure your rooms are clean before filling them.
