We had a lovely stay in Betws-y-coed and the hotel made the stay really relaxing. They are friendly and helpful and the hotel is really central. We are looking forward to booking to go again soon.

I found the welcome avange, the room spaceage but dark. Nothing special about the deco, the bed was comfortable. We paid extra £15 each for breakfast. Well worth it, restaurant nice, service and food very good. I did feel pressured to book breakfast, I walked away then came back. Pleased I did.

A delightful hotel, at once both old-fashioned and modern. A very pleasant Reception and an excellent restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Slept well in a very comfortable room - (although I would have liked one 'soft' pillow). And all in all the hotel was central to a very pleasant weekend.
