What a delightful surprise in Vatican City! I loved the location and ease while staying. Unbelievably quiet, especially at night. The host readily responded to any question or request, they were very helpful. Our room was spacious, the sink separate from the shower and toilet. The whole guesthouse is recently renovated. We enjoyed our stay there and look forward to returning!

Great hotel, literally steps from the Vatican. The breakfast included was simple, but it was available 24 hours which was a huge bonus, recovering from jet lag. Very small but had everything we needed, especially in a great location!

A safety handle would be ideal inside the shower. Our wardrobe (room # 23) was Soo tall that it was hard to reach the clothes hangers. Complementary breakfast was very nice and well supplied. Housekeeper is a nice and helpful woman

Although this property is for the budget place in the heart of the Vatican area. If you are about simple accommodations, but located near great restaurants at the front door of St. Peters Square, this is your place.

I loved the location, close to everything . Room was small, but clean. Breakfast was ok.

I liked that the place was relatively clean and had gates security. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great as well. The only con was that it was very loud in the hallway when other guests would come in and out as the door slammed and echoed. It also sounded like someone came through cleaning the hallway at 6am. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and the staff was very friendly via email.

Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Very near thee Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel. Our stay was in August when it is very humid, and AC only works when you have your key inserted so it took quite awhile for the room to cool down. Breakfast is self serve snacks. Check in was easy.

The second floor is a walkup, no elevator. The room had a small over the door air conditioner. It was clean, cute and very conveniently located to the Vatican and the hop-on-hop off bus stop.

The room was okay, a bit small for two people. Room number 25 they only served cereal and package bread for breakfast which was included. The area was pleasant and ample places to eat and dine. We were within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Ie: Trevi fountain, Vatican, coliseum, and the steps. All in all was a good couple of days spent in Roma. One thing though I found Rome very dirty.

Right, so we stayed here and the a map doesn’t do it justice. It is so close to the Vatican, but also close to trains, and busses. The room was perfect, the little dinning area was great for a morning coffee and snack. You do remote check in ahead of your arrival and it’s perfect! Everything will be ready for you ahead of time. I really did enjoy my stay here.

Very nice entrance area, somewhat hidden, quiet and peaceful. The room was neutral but with some wear and tear. The bed was full of crumbs, but otherwise clean. Tried to call to get information via email. But was met by a grumpy lady who was unhelpful and rude. Was told to find the email address myself to send important details for check-in. Will not be returning.

If you want the luxury of staying less than a 5-minute walk from the Piazza San Pietro, just outside the walls of Vatican City, and the convenience of a much larger hotel (code secured gates, free wi-fi, a lovely little breakfast kitchen stocked with snacks, teas, and coffee that are just perfect before a morning adventure) at an incredibly reasonable price (under $100 night!), this is the place to be. It's a little on the spartan side, but clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and it's exactly what we wanted. Bonus: It's located just down the sidewalk from Pasquale's, which had the best pizza and jovial atmosphere I've experienced in ages, right out in the mid-February sun and paired with a lemon soda.

Save your money stay far away, during peak season they charge 170-210Eur then when checking their direct site it was half the price for the same dates. Walls are scuffed up and trim is coming off the walls. Air conditioning doesn’t work, electricity can only be used with keeping the card provided with keys in a slot reader. Falsely advertised rooms, breakfast is packaged cookies and croissants and cereal. The original room we were given was a box, they ended up giving us an acceptable size room after a cleanliness complaint however so slightly redeeming on the staffing part. If you need a place in Rome and want to enjoy your time don’t come here! The reviews are either dated or have the intention of convincing you this is an acceptable accommodation.

The place has a great location if you want to be close to the Vatican, but that’s pretty much where it stops. Room was tiny but acceptable. Shower wasn’t working properly. Rooms are claimed to be soundproofed but that’s not true. The split AC unit is however loud enough to drown some of the noise. They also don’t offer some basic amenities, like no iron, etc. Which is also fine. Breakfast is included which is pretty basic but good to have. On the day of my checkout I asked for some guidance on booking a taxi but they didn’t even bother responding (compared to very fast responses earlier – those conversations were mostly redundant as they didn’t either have those things, or dint want to assist much). Could have atleast said No like everything the responded back to. So not only do they don’t offer much, but lack common courtesy too.
