We had a great stay here, check-in was great, very kind and thoughtful service. Room was fantastic and so cool in the hot weather which was great. Absolutely exceptional. Perfect central location near the station and Donqui. Breakfast was beautiful every day and having your own washing machine was a god send. Twin beds push together easily and fresh towels daily. A rare gem and will come here again

The eph Kyoto was situated close to the Kyoto Train Station which made it very convenient to taxis, buses, the subway and try bullet trains. What I did not expect was it's zen-like understated beauty and it's quietness. The room was large with a kitchen and washer/drier. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Super experience!

Had the best shower and bidet, very clean. No bathroom counter space, but room was spacious enough. Front desk was extremely helpful and polite. She helped with the luggage delivery to next hotel. Very close to station for travel and places to eat. Very comfortable stay

Small boutique hotel. Short walk from jr kyoto station. The hotel is located within the residential area and hidden behind a building. The environment is quiet. Staff are friendly. Room is spacious. convenient stores located near hotel.

The staff were so friendly and helpful when we asked questions. They spoke English very well. We arrived early and they looked after our luggage so we could go out. When we got back the luggage was in the room ready for us. Fantastic service and a bonus … great coffee in foyer!
