Booked this hotel being close to Berliner Tor and the S-Bahn. About 7-8 minute walk from the S-Bahn, I really enjoyed staying here. Modern and fresh, they did a great breakfast and the hotel was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a pleasant stay in Hamburg! A convenient 25 minute walk from the HBF and city central. The construction surrounding the hotel made it a bit difficult to walk to initially but we figured it out after one trip.

It was pretty good, however I think it would be a good idea to have an ice machine for the guests as I have seen in US. This particular location, there are construction going on which makes it a bit annoying. I also would have like to have a coffee machine in the lobby for the guests after the working hour. Overall the hotel is very nice and friendly people at the reception desk and woderful cleaning crew.

The hotel provides easy access to the s-bahn that can take you to the centre of the city and elsewhere. it was clean and comfortable but the carpet was quite badly stained in the room we were in and the furniture scuffed in places. The staff at reception were welcoming and lovely. What we were shocked by was the cost of parking and of breakfast - the former would have been 35 euros per night and breakfast was 25 Euro each!! We were fortunate to find parking on the street but had breakfast the first morning, without first checking the cost; we really did not expect it to be so expensive - whilst the food was 'ok' it was not up to 25 euro standard!! We found a lovely cafe 20 mins away for the following two mornings.

Fresh and clean — but we got a bad room

Content: We booked this room because we needed a place to sleep on our way to southern Germany. We payed around 100 euro for the room and stayed only 12 hours. 1. The room was clean, fresh and modern but our room was just above the smoking-bench and just beside all the elevators. 2. There were a lot of noises during the night. Also there is nothing close to this hotel, no stores and no bars. If you easily are annoyed by noise: ask for a room far from the elevator and above the second floor. 3. The hotel promises free parking but the reception just said “if you find a place it’s free”. We found this a bit odd because all over the street were signs that said that parking was forbidden.

Horrible stay. Room was not bad on one day. I had to call 3 times in a span of 1.5 hours and finally someone showed up at 830pm ! On another day no milk in the room, housekeeping sent tea bags instead while I was in the shower ! When I got off shower, I called reception to bring me milk sachets which I requested, he rudely requested me to come down to pick it up. Reception working after 8pm. Overall worse stay !

When I came to the hotel. There were already so many people sit in lobby because the room hadn't finished to be cleaned. Firstly, it is actually a little bit unacceptable that people can't check in on time, moreover the check in time had been set at 3 p.m. which is already late. Secondly, if someone can't check in on time due to hotel's fault, he/she should be somehow compensated. But, all the hotel offered were just a piece of kitkat. For the price and the standard, this case is hard to swallow. For the breakfast, the vegetarian option should be separated, e.g. a special section only for vegetarian food, so that the mix of utensils between vegetarian and non-vegetarian is easier to be prevented.

Fint hotel. Nemt at finde og relativ tæt på byen. Vi parkerede ved den srore vej, men tror der var p kælder. Værelset var fint, dog stod der i beskrivelsen, på hotels.com, at der var kaffe maskine, hvilket der ikke var, den ene sengelampe virkede heller ikke, og aircon, havde problemer med at køle værelset ned til natten.
