Not what we booked

Spent a night here. The pool was closed. They were having water issues so we couldn’t use the bathroom or sink for hours after we checked in. Older hotel so it has a slight smell but the elevators were fast. We stayed in a king room w a double sofa bed. HOWEVER that’s not what we got. By the time we got back to the hotel and pulled out the sofa bed it was after 11pm so we just dealt with it. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel

This time around there was loud noises coming from someone in the building. My room wasn't as clean and also the furniture was rundown and torn which isn't worth the price. The younger people at the service desk are Not very polite. In fact they have attitudes and not really willing to help.

Unexpected waits

Upon checking into my room, I noticed that I did not have bath towels. The telephone in the room did not work, so I had to return to the front desk to make a request for towel. I finally received towels after a second request and a three hour wait. It appeared to be a lack of hot water in the building. Unfortunately, I am not exaggerating when I say that I had to run the water for 25 minutes before it was hot enough to take a comfortable shave and shower. This occurred each time that I prepared to take a shower.
