A good hotel with a reasonable price

They gave me a nice room on the top floor, but there was an issue with the air conditioning throughout the upper floors, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work in that room. It was a bit frustrating at first, but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and eventually found me a room that worked well.

The most surprising thing about the hotel room was that the toilets were about 13 inches off the ground. They looked like toilets from a grade school. I realize the hotel is old but that’s one thing that should be changed out is to put modern tall toilets in these rooms. The toilets were very uncomfortable. I expect more from West Mark.

Beds are very uncomfortable and very old like your sleeping in a hole. Had to go to front desk and request coffee, creamer, soap and lotion, several times, most every day. Maid service was bad, they never supplied room and I had some things missing?
