It was an easy walk to Old Que City with restaurants along the way. I would definitely stay here again.
Joanne, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room was very clean and servicable for exploring Quebec on foot.
Kendall, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Great location. The shower was terrible, poorly designed, left water everywhere in the bathroom. The room was not the cleanest, but comparable to other hotels. Overall, a decent stay.
Audrey, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

We stayed 2 nights at Le Concorde Hotel. Nice location, with 10-15 min. stroll to Chateau Frontenac & pier. Would stay again for price & value. Parking was available for a daily fee. Staff were nice, available & polite.

David, 1-night trip

The Hotel is starting to show some wear and tear issues. Staff was very nice and the rotating restaurant was fantastic.
Denis, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The location is ideal. However with the exception of the 2 restaurants, the service and facilities need a lot of improvements
Adrian, 2-night trip

Quebec City was a joy. Quiet. Sidewalk cafes. Old architecture. Just wonderfu
Theresa, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The onsite restaurant Cochin Dingue was very nice. Spacious clean and comfortable room. Nice staff. Very nice location beside plains of Abraham park and many, many restaurants along Grand Allee.
Annalise, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Beautiful view. Close to everything.
Paul, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed three night with 2 kids. The location was good and just steps away from Grand Alley. Had a lot of food options near the hotel. Parking was also easy, bed were comfortable and i requested the staff to mop the floor as one of my kid crawl, and they did that for us. The overall great experience
Anum, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Did not know the hotel staff were on strike making the few front desk employees work straight out. Attention to details were lacking like overflowing trash, dirty floors cigarette butts. Restaurant on premises was very good with great service.

Hôtel 10 Restaurant le Ciel 6

Comfortable room, it's definitely worth taking a room high up on the castle and river side. Nice pool. The indoor parking price is too expensive, especially for a motorcycle that didn't take a car space. Very disappointed with the restaurant Le Ciel. Almost two hours of waiting to get my dish and on top of that the chef had forgotten to put the scallops in.
Lynda, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Excellent location, friendly, helpful staff

Excellent location, friendly, helpful staff. There was a labour dispute on while we were there, so some services were not available, (daily housekeeping, valet) but it didn’t really affect the stay very much. The room was clean and we had an incredible view. We were easily able to walk to many many different locations, both touristy and not, and found virtually everyone spoke English reasonably well. The rooftop rotating restaurant was an excellent experience, and the food was very good which is not always the case at hotel restaurants. Highly recommended
View from our room on the 24th floor

2/10 Poor

Over prices, no service, safe not working, no room services, no water bottles...Do not recommend, find somewhere nicer.
Siew, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Close to the Old Quebec attractions! We didn't drive while exploring the area. There are lots of restaurant options just outside the hotel! The only thing I didn’t like is the fire alarm came off twice in the middle of the night, around 3am, and the hotel staff were not able to explain the cause. But I think it was just an unfortunate incident, it could have happened anywhere else.
Carmelita, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

While the hotel was nice, its age was definitely showing - upgrading everything would help. Many of the staff was on strike, but the remaining staff did well. We liked the many choices for outside dining, and we especially like the restaurant Cochon downstairs. Ciel, the rotating restaurant on the roof was all right, but expensive, and food was disappointing. The biggest surprise we had was that parking in the hotel’s parking garage was $25 a day. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
Debra, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

I understand that the employees are on strike so probably somebody must've hit fire alarm, and goes off Sunday night twice around 2am. The shower/tub is moldy. When I first arrived at the hotel, the lobby smells musty. The pool is nice and warm though.
moldy tiles
Eraflor, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Disclosure: there was a strike at the facility. Our room had dishes and towel from previous customer. Walls were dirty with liquid (coffee?) splashes. Gym is barely basic. Bed was good. View is unbeatable. Could not get a refund or rebate because we had pre-paid through expedia. The whole facility is not aging well. It smells like a motel, parking garage moldy.
Channy, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Actually, the staff was all right, kind, only very limited due to a strike. That's also the reason that there was no room service. The main problem about the hotel is that it feels old, outdated, and cheaply kept. I think that they're wasting a great location by leaving the facilities in such a poor state.
Gabriel, 6-night trip
