Not a 5 star property by some distance 4 star at best, dated rooms, ancient tv, limited charging points, grubby carpet & very basic decor & furniture. Far removed from genuine 5 star options like Four Seasons, Hyatt & Mondrian etc. Needs an urgent refurb. Nice staff though - always friendly

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the location is extremely convenient. They responded very efficiently when notified of a maintenance matter. I would happily choose to stay there again.
