Whats your email: you have that from hotels. com and you have emailed me a dozen times this week. No we dont Whats your phone number: you have texted me a dozen time today. No we havnt. Can i get your deposit. I paid that 4 days ago. No you didnt. Then stop with the pre check in if none of it works. It was a huge waste of time Room was cheep. Bathroom door was beat to crud. It was quite. No amenities.

Extremely poor service. They charged an additional fee at check-in, even though everything was technically paid through Expedia. There were cockroaches in the room. The bathtub wouldn't drain. Hair on the bed linens. The room smelled terribly of dirty feet and cigarettes (even though it was a non-smoking room). The hotel is adjacent to a freeway, so be prepared for the frontage road to be blocked by police, and the only exit is the traffic-clogged freeway.

I knew the moment I pulled into the facility I was not going to stay. Horrible neighborhood to begin with. I unlocked the door and closed it , big cockroach was on the back of the door. I walked right back to the front desk and ask for the $42 cash deposit that was asked from me and was given back $40. If you are like me and looking for the best price on Expedia don’t let pics deceive you. Read reviews like this one.!
