We had a really comfortable stay in a very spacious room which included 2 double beds and 2 large reclining chairs and still had room for furniture, closet space was good and bathroom layout was suitable but could be freshened up.
Facilities were really good we used the pool and sauna etc whilst there, changing rooms were clean and spacious.
We ate breakfast the choice was phenomenal something for everyone, the pancake making machine is a fun addition for the BIG kids 😂😂😂.
Was a very relaxed and fun weekend away overall was a really great first time experience. Staff were very friendly and accommodating was also very well priced for standard.

All is perfect! We loved all! My kids enjoyed the swimming pool, and I really loved the gluten free food! For me the Hunting chicken is the best Aberdeen’s hunting chicken (yes, eat the similar food in other differents places in Aberdeen! But, of the hotel restaurant is the best!).

Always good, BUT just a few things cropping up in the restaurant
1. The fish and chips (which my colleague had) was very disappointing. The fish was very thin/small. It looked like it came from a packet from the supermarket freezer - same size
2. The breakfast coffee is shocking. Serving pre-brewed coffee in a pump thermos flask, is old school. Surely, in 2026, decent coffee should be available

Staff at this hotel lacked any kind of customer service. Blood stained towel, stained bedding and no paths cleared at the hotel entrance during a blizzard. Having dined at the restaurant we were telephoned in our room accused of not paying our bill, luckily I asked for a receipt.
