The hotel itself is a little run down and needs updating. The staff take a lot of pride in what they do, I was very impressed with how attentive and friendly everyone was. Everyone was willing to go above and beyond to help. It’s in a good location.

A pleasant stay overall

The staff at the Comfort Inn, Erie- Near Presque Isle/Erie Airport were wonderful. They were very friendly and thoughtful. The facility itself has had a bit of a facelift, though the rooms could use new carpeting to get rid of the musty smell from the years when smoking was allowed in rooms. (The property is entirely smoke-free, but the old carpeting holds the smell.) The pool area was really nice. Breakfast was good too.
