Every single person I dealt with that worked for the hotel was a delight! They seem to really enjoy their job and they made me feel very comfortable. Strongly recommend this hotel definitely will stay again.

The room was great, the staff was accommodating even though they were incredibly being hosting many people in to watch the NFL game the next day. Highly recommend this hotel, and to add to this, Cleveland was a blast!.

The Hotel Cleveland met our needs, as our work was very close by. However, I would not choose to stay there again. An older hotel, though elegant is not particularly comfortable. They were short of staff, so often our room was not cleaned, despite multiple requests. Though likely out of the influence of hotel, there were several aggressive panhandlers who had to be negotiated when entering and leaving the building.

Easy check-in. The lady that checked us in was so helping. She let us know that we can us Tower City to walk through to the event we went to at Rocket Arena. I had no clue there was such a thing. The room was clean and had a great tv for my tv addicted husband. LOL.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is beautiful, and the marker restaurant was very good! Mowerys for breakfast didn’t disappoint the food was the best. The only negative thing I can say is the parking garage elevator doesn’t work and you have to climb up and down stairs with all your luggage and the out side around the building to get in. That was a nightmare. The actual stay was wonderful though. Would defiantly go back again.

Clean room. Nice staff. Large two queen room. One bed pushed against the wall and the second bed pushed against vent. Not convenient to enter and exit plus the vent blows into your face.
