Super freundliches Personal, sehr sauber im gesamten Hotel, äußerst bequeme Betten und eine sehr gute Schallisolierung. Schön wäre in der Raucherzone ein oder mehrere Stehtische, bzw. auf der Terrasse eine Raucherzone einzurichten.

Kein Mövenpick mehr, aber trotzdem super

Als ich klein war, wollte ich immer mal ins Mövenpick. Leider habe ich das um ein Jahrzehnt oder mehr verpasst. Das PLAZA ist aber auch ganz nett gewesen. Für rund 80€ pro Nacht im EZ gab es ein großes Zimmer, zwei Flaschen Wasser, einen Wasserkocher, jede Menge Handtücher, zwei Kopfkissen usw. Da kann man echt nicht meckern. Die Lage ist ideal, man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß in der Innenstadt von Ulm oder Neu-Ulm. Das Frühstück sah umfangreich aus, war bei mir aber nicht dabei. Das Personal war super freundlich. Im Sommer habe ich eine Klimaanlage vermisst. Ich würde trotzdem jederzeit wieder hin, auch wenn es kein Luxushotel mehr ist.

Nein danke!!

Otrevligt bemötande när vi försökte checka in. Kunde inte ställa våra väskor någonstans tills incheckningstiden. Rummet var okey med skön säng. Frukosten var okey med bra urval. Vi ville köpa beställa från baren men där serverades bara vin och öl sa samma otrevliga man vid incheckningen. Bemötandet drar ner vår vistelse så jag vill inte rekommendera detta Hotel.

Lage vom Hotel ok - Innenstadt und Münster fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet; große Zimmer, jedoch schlechte Mattratzen. Ganz negativ - Klimaanlage ging nicht, war eigentlich der Hauptgrund der Buchung !

Wird dem Premium im Namen leider nicht gerecht.

Am bislang heißesten Tag des Jahres eröffnete man mir beim CheckIn auf Frage nach der Klimatisierung, dass diese seit Wochen nicht funktioniert. Für mich vollkommen unfassbar, warum man diesen Defekt nicht behebt. Mich erwartete ein stark aufgeheiztes Zimmer mit Abendsonne. Nicht einmal die Vorhänge waren zugezogen zum Wärmeschutz. Es standen lediglich dicke Decken zur Verfügung. Vor meinem Fenster war ein Fahnenmast des Hoteleingangs. Durch die zwangsweise notwendige durchgehende Lüftung wurde ich nachts von durchgehend klappernden Drahtseilen am Fahnenmast wachgehalten. Ich habe daher eine der unangenehmsten Nächte seit Langem erleben müssen. Das Personal hat netterweise die Parkkosten erlassen, mich aber darauf hingewiesen, dass ja auch online gar keine Klimatisierung mehr angegeben sei. Ich reise seit Jahren viel, auf den Eintrag Klimaanlage habe ich jedoch tatsächlich noch nie geachtet. Diese setzte ich bisher bei Häusern dieser Kategorie voraus... Man lernt nie aus. Wohlgemerkt ist ja auch eine Klimaanlage vorhanden, sie wird einfach nicht repariert.
