BEDBUGS + not answering phone to process refund :(

Checked into Room 236 to discover a bedbug. The front desk attendant, Hannah, was really nice about it, confirmed it was a bedbug, and returned my deposit. However, Hotels.com is now delaying my refund because the OYO is not returning their calls. This spot is very affordable, and allowed my dog, but check for bedbugs first. Especially #236!!!

The door to my room was standing open when I arrived. This is likely due to the door being damaged; I had trouble both opening and closing it during my stay. Half of the light fixtures in the room didn’t work. The room, a no -smoking room smelled of smoke and mildew. The AC unit had now control panel, so it was on full and cold, and the bed had no blanket. I tried calling the office to get the WiFi password and some man yelled at me. My bathroom ceiling was half fallen down, and the toilet was terribly stained. Finally, it rained overnight, and in the morning the carpet by the doorway was soaked.

Nothing but problems - booked a smooking room and got a nonsmoking room. They also fraudulently kept the 100.00 cash deposit from a disabled person on the street. This hotel represents the lowest of the low.

First of all, there is a $50 cash deposit required at check in on top of using a CC to pay. This deposit was not disclosed at booking and they did not have a working ATM in their lobby which left me having to get back in my car and go down the road to the nearest ATM & pay a convenience fee on top of that. The room was absolutely filthy, bed and pillows were severely uncomfortable, AC made a horrible clicking sound all night and the bathroom tub and door was in complete disrepair. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

Dirty as hell, ciggarette burn holes in blankets, brown ass spotted sheets, they give you used shower towels, all rooms have bed bugs, no toilet paper, no remotes, can hear ever other guest around you having sex and yelling and screaming and slamming their room doors! Dirty sheets (actual dirt marks on them), carpets (I was afraid to walk on it with bare feet), walls (chipped and dirty throughout), bathroom (dirty). Unsanitary conditions. I reserved and paid $51 for a room, but by the time that I made it there, there were no more rooms, so I had to make reservations to another hotel because I couldn’t get in there ,but instead of me getting my whole refund $10 of my money was kept because the Regency didn’t have any more empty rooms for me to stay in so they took it upon themselves to keep $10 on my $51 payment not cool at all and very unfair

$100 CASH deposit mandatory. I still feel dirty. The roaches "bed bugs"get like some nightmareish horror flick. And if smellavision was a thing sewage fumes were coming from the drains. DO NOT PRE PAY FOR YOUR STAY! You will not get refunded when you want to escape. Stuff was falling from celling I think plaster (hopefully). Went to put my clothes away and there it was... a crack pipe at least it looked like one from the old say no to drugs textbook from school. I should've done more research before i prepaid.
