Staff was super polite but with the renovations it was annoying to have to go to the back of the building everytime. I also wanted to use the hot tub but was unable to access the pool area at all. I would have chosen another hotel had I known this wasn't open to the public

I didn’t give this hotel a higher rating due to the strong debts they use after cleaning. I had to open the window and leave the room air out for a few hours. I still woke up with a headache from it being so strong and taste in my mouth. The windows are so thin could hear the traffic off Harvey, the garbage truck at 6ish in the morning. Just wasn’t a comfortable stay. The staff were all great and super friendly.

it was excellent to stay in Sandsman its just cross from Mcdo for breakfast & coffee, the location was excellent right cross from a shopping mall closing at 8pm where we found th precious labubu before going to dinner, they hv a Denny's on ground level for full breakfast before driving bck to vancouver, just marvelous 2 nights escape to Kelowna

The hotel pillows weren't very comfortable, mold on the grout in bathtub needs to be cleaned, patio door window needs cleaning. The pool should be open earlier then 10 in the morning so guests can go for a swim before checking out at 11. The staff were very nice and a quiet hotel.

Overall, it was a fine place to stay for our trip. The rooms and facility in general could definitely use some work. The paint was chipped and there was rips in the headboard but the staff was very friendly and approachable. Overall cleanliness was fine.

Great location. Close to lots of eateries and easy access from the highway. They are currently doing renovations in the lobby area so it’s noisy and a bit of a mess with construction. The room in the tower is clean, comfy bed and well supplied. Only negative was the homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. As a single female traveller I chose not to use that area to park at night and opted in front of the lobby.

It was a great stay, the room was clean, huge and renovated. We had the king suite with balcony, it was exactly what's shown on their website. I love the kitchen with big fridge complete with all other appliances, including the dishwasher. We didn't bother to check the amenities since it's not in our interests.Checked in was a breeze, wonderful staff. Central area to restaurants and the some shopping. The only thing was parking was hard to find when you come back in the evening.

Overall great stay! The room was a bit run down, could use a refresh and the hotel is doing renovations so hopefully that’s coming soon. Everything was pretty clean - carpets looked a little suspect and the counters in the kitchen were dirty. Staff were amazing, location was really convenient to us having 2 small kids (4 and 2). Close to everything, didn’t feel unsafe. Overall I’d say again - we enjoyed our time and were comfortable overall.

My boyfriend and I had a nice stay at the Sandman Hotel in Kelowna. The staff were friendly, and housekeeping was quick and did a great job keeping things clean. However, there were a few inconveniences — the hotel was under renovation (which we weren’t told about), the hot tub was closed, and the lighting in our room wasn’t working properly. Parking was also a bit tricky at times. That said, it was affordable and comfortable for our needs. I’d recommend calling ahead to check on amenities, but I’d stay here again for a short trip.
