We booked with them for the room size we were able to get, we need the separate bedroom for our stays and the price was reasonable. This hotel at least in the tower is in need of an update, it's old. But was clean and has the restaurant, bar etc. Overall satisfied.

It was actually disappointing We have stayed at Sandmans several times in the past so was happy to book a night as we traveled thru Kelowna. The best i can say was that it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had no garbage can except a very small one in the bathroom, only one facecloth and the duvet co et had a stain in the middle. If that was an example of the preferred status that you offer scotiabank clients, I will definitely book elsewhere in the future.

Location is great you are right off Harvey with the mall across the street and restaurants all around you, the only draw back is the sketchy characters that hang around the area but hey welcome to Kelowna...my room was super clean and the staff were very friendly. The property was under renovation that you could hear during the day, at night everyone slams their doors and stomps in the hallway, not necessarily the hotel's fault, but just know you will here all the noises. The staff got me in at noon which was extremely appreciated and they were very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and had all the amenities you would expect.
