A little rough around the edges...

Our car broke down in Laredo so it was an unexpected stay. I thought the overall experience was a little rough. I think the hotel is best suited for workmen who are away from home on a construction project. (That seemed to be the primary customer-base). The most positive part of the experience was the girl who worked behind the counter who went WAY above and beyond to accomodate some changes that we had to make to our reservation. Good customer service. I would recommend the hotel itself mostly for hard-working guys who need a place to stay while in town working.

This is our go-to hotel to stay in Laredo when visiting family and it has never let us down. Right off the interstate, plenty of parking, outdoor pool, close to a Whataburger and other fast food, and has always been quiet and clean in the room. We plan on continuing to use this hotel for our trips!
