Hotel was close to Tsuruya mall, Shimotori shopping street and walkable to Kunamoto Castle. There are lots of food options and tram stop is also nearby providing easy access to other locations in Kumamoto. Hotel room was clean and comfy. The pillows were too soft and could be better.

Solid stay in Hakata

Good value for money. Rooms are new, but small - typical for Japan. Excellent breakfast buffet, nice conference room area for focused work, and the highlight is a nice sento (hot bath/sauna). However, very self-service, staff is not always around to help.

We stayed in a King on the 14th floor. The room was a good size with closet space and a seating area. Didnʻt need to use the onsen as there was a nice furo bath in our room. We had access to the lounge next door, only available to 14th fl guests. In the lounge you are welcomed the first time with matcha or coffee and a Japanese sweet. You can also choose from a variety of drinks and snacks. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was a lovely surprise that I did not know I chose. Japanese amd Western breakfast options. Overall a lovely luxury!

This hotel is super good and nice, the staffs are super nice and the equipment are clean and organized. The location is great as it is only a 5 min walk to the hakata station and other subway station, also close to the canal city mall and the location is surrounded by restaurants. We traveled as a family with a small children of 2 years old, hotel was able to arrange a step stool for him during the stay in addition to the kid amenities. There was an accident happened during our stay, the staff act quick and helped us arrange an ambulance to the emergency room. We eventually had to extended 2 more nights for weekend but the hotel is fully booked when we tried to look online, the front desk staff was helpful and did a little magic to let us extend our stay without changing to another room, he even helped us to cancelled the hotel we originally booked with which is on another town. We would definitely stay in this hotel for our next visit to Fukuoka as well as recommend to our friends.

이 후기를 직원분들이 보실지 모르겠네요. 근데 정말 감사하다는 말씀 전하고 싶습니다. 아이가 생일을 딱 이곳에서 맞이했는데 선물도 챙겨 주시고 참 친절하게 대해 주셨어요. 체크인 체크아웃도 편안했고, 부대시설도 좋았어요. 욕탕이나 커피 머신, 제빙기, 헬스장 너무 좋고 Fuk 커피랑 캐널시티, 바로 밑에 엄청 맛난 빵집도! 1박만 한 것이 넘 아쉬워서 기필코 또 묵겠습니다.
