We only stayed here one night, but wished we had stayed longer. The location is quiet yet close to many nice parks and restaurants, and very close to many convenient train stations. The Library theme is amazing, I loved getting to peruse the books and pick a little reading nook. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of Japanese and western options. And the staff are exceptional. We will be staying here again

We stayed for eight days in total and enjoyed very much. The location is convenient with subway/JR/monorail stations. Sometimes when the weather was too hot, we liked to hop back to the hotel and chill at the bar with free iced tea and snacks. The staff are also helpful and nice and made us feel like home. Last but not least, we had a dinner at the hotel restaurant before heading to the airport. The in-house guest western course was great. We really appreciate the great service from the staff. The only suggestion maybe is to get more washing machines as they are very popular!

Me and the kids loved it.

Easy check-in. Staff were very friendly. All spoke great English. Free coffee in the lobby. Room was exactly like the pictures. Room was very clean and had lots of amenities. Filtered water machine on our floor. Self serve laundry was cheap and amazing to use, with an app to monitor the load. Hotel location was close to train and stores but in a nice quiet area. Will definitely stay again.

Tiny rooms small uncomfortable beds bad experience

Tiny rooms and small uncomfortable beds, they should not accept reservations for 4 people in one room even if 2 are children. The beds barely fit one adult, they are smaller then a US twin or a single bed and they take up all the room so if you open your luggage there’s no place to walk and you have to jump over your luggage to get to the other side.
