Booked 1 night here so we could settle down after watching a show on the north pier, sadly show was cancelled but Blackpool wasn’t, first stay in this historic hotel, room comfy, and breakfast was very good , we will stay again

Very impressive looking Hotel from the outside, equally impressive inside as well. Reception very professional on check in and nothing to much bother for them or any other staff members.. Only downside from my point of view was the waiting for a table for breakfast, other than that would definitely recommend a stay.

Had 2 nights at the imperial hotel. Nice big off street car park, £10 a night which is fine, had a sea view room which was nice, not big but adequate with clean windows which is a first for us in Blackpool, furniture was a bit tired but ok, room was cleaned daily with plenty of tea an coffee plus nice bathroom toiletries, they have a great deal on drinks at the bar which is one of the reasons we have booked again for a August stay

Had a wonderful 2 night stay, staff so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay happy and comfortable

10/10

Great trip staying in this Grand Hotel, all staff were friendly, entertainment was good, only downside was the fire alarm went off twice during our stay but that can’t be helped, if people don’t follow the instructions to keep the bathroom door closed when showering. Beds were comfortable although would have preferred a softer pillow (my preference). Tram stops just across the road from the Hotel so it’s a great location to be in.

Mini break to visit family and have time to ourselves. The hotel is ideally situated, with easy access to Blackpool. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our visit so much we stayed for another night.

Very enjoyable stay! The hotel is full of character and staff were very friendly.

Had to change rooms 3 times due to noise from pigeons.
3-night trip

8/10

Our stay began with a good check-in although, the room was a tad on the small size and it proved difficult to store our luggage. Housekeeping was either poor, fair, or excellent. The Imperial Hotel breakfast is pretty good and staff are particularly helpful in helping guests to desired seating. We especially enjoyed the morning fresh pastries but a little horrified to seeThe Churchill Room as a play area, surely a bar or reading room would be more fitting! The hotel is a magnificent listed ll building and it’s directly opposite the tram stop, it’s a shame that the Heritage trams are currently not running as they would add to a wonderful view.

Property has had its day. Trying to present as upmarket. Have stopped here before many years ago and was bitterly disappointed, however it is not represented in the prices charged. Should have been better stopping it a premium inn.
