Asked for a nonsmoker room. Was told it was but smelled like cigarettes, and they were cigarette burns on the bed. TV never worked. The stove didn’t work either, and there was roaches.

Front desk person was extremely rude. The room was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever stepped foot in to. It smelled so bad I almost vomited, there were stains everywhere dirty torn up walls, what looked like vomit on the table and on the side of the bathtub. I am amazed this place has not been condemned.

Filthy. Rooms and property are so filthy. Roaches everywhere in the room. In the tub, on the counters. The tub has stains on it, dead and alive roaches, soaps were thrown in the tub. The door doesn’t close all the way, and poses a safety issue. There are stains on the walls and mold. The bedding has holes in it and broken light fixtures. What a waste of $90 , to sleep with roaches. Guests are doing car repairs in the parking lot and making so much noises. The property has dog poop everywhere.

Bugs in both rooms, power outages caused by a circuit trip, which caused water leaks from fridge... we're all the problems we dealing with. The staff was friendly and kind, and tried really hard to make things right, and took steps to make good when they couldn't.
