Clearly in transition. Which is fine but we didn’t know how poor the conditions were. Simply wiping surfaces and a little cleaning would help. Staff was very unwelcoming. We way overpaid for this experience.

The place was horrible inside. The bathroom ceiling even had a leak. It smelled awful. They put us in a room near the road; we could hear all the traffic! The carpet was sticky and had lots of stains. Totally disappointed. From the outside, the hotel is nice, and that's what it shows. The rooms and the hotel itself look very neglected inside.

Was horrible? I got in the room and there was no AC. Waited for it to be done no AC the phone call. I called to the front desk said there's no AC and hung up on me.. I'm an asthmatic, and my husband is too, and there no help at the point of when I wanted a refund.Still waiting on my refund, but I believe they sent me my refund. Very sad, because I actually like this hotel about 223 years ago, we've been there twice

La reserva se hizo con desayuno incluido y al momento del check in nos dijero q NO lo incluia y q era culpa de la aplicacion, nunca hicieron el servicio de limpieza y el AC no servia y ellos sabian y no habia cambio de cuarto pq asi estaban todos los cuartos Fatal servicio malencarados todo el staff
