Booked for location. This hotel has so much potential yet is neglected. Basic cleanliness would make this place so much better. The room itself is huge, plenty of space for a family yet I wouldn't recommend do to the mold & dirt issues I kept discovering. I really wanted to like this hotel it has so much charm & character but so much felt dirty in this room.

Safe but older

The hotel felt safe and convenient for what we needed. The rooms are old- doors get stuck, bathroom is old, toilet didn’t work, lights are very yellow and walls are dingy. Could tell it used to be a nice hotel. Now it needs a lot of upgrading. Staff was very kind.

There were 4 adults and two children. We had a pull-out couch. This is second time that they didn’t have extra sheets in the suite for the couch. I never call and ask because I always bring my own sheets. I request a specific side of the hotel to watch fire works and they were able to accommodate that request. The jacuzzi was great for my father in-law.

Great service and comfort!

Beautiful place with friendly staff. So comfy and relaxing. They were having some construction and remodeling going on, but with just coming into spring, we didn't mind. They were very respectful of our comfort and privacy, and made our stay really great. Definitely will stay here again!

Avoid this place.

Dirtiest hotel ever! Pictures are very outdated, staff tried their best they could but manager not supportive. Mgr didn't show any care that the 2 rooms were so terrible that we stayed in our cars overnight in the parking lot because he didnt answer the calls from his staff to assist. Floors inside the rooms were wet from old faulty mini fridge, bed sheets dirty, cockroaches inside room and right outside of doors, completely out of towels for late night shower! It was terrible, there were several people unhappy about their rooms that night too! Hotels.com shouldn't have places like this listed!

THE worst stay ever

This was THE worst stay I’ve ever had anywhere. The staff at front desk were extremely rude, rooms were dirty, no towels, broken elevators, broken doors in suite, wall switches not working. We arrived at our room around 11:45pm from Knotts to find that our room keys were not working. When we went down to the office there was a line of guests experiencing the same thing as us with keys not working and told there was no more towels. This hotel looks like it was a nice place to stay at one point in time but the new management can care less about your stay or upkeep of hotel. I wish I would have read the reviews before staying here.
