Unfortunate housekeeping...

Sadly, I was warned by more regular hotel not to stay here. I normally book elsewhere. This was close to my regular location. Staff was great and accomodating. The room was gross specifically dirt and hair on the bathtub, dust on tray surface in bathroom, chunks of dirt/ dust on phone and not stocked. Lotion and shampoo bottles were half empty and clearly used earlier. Many corners cut here.

Horrible for a business

Room was horrible. The ceiling needed painting, the carpet had something on it so when you stepped on it your foot was sticky if you didn’t miss it, the chair in the room was wore out, hot tub was not very hot and jets didn’t work proberly. Pool area the ceiling had paint and dry wall tape coming off.

This hotel is in need of an upgrade pretty badly. There were flies in our room and while it was a non-smoking room it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. They used air fresheners and scented cleaners. The breakfast was lacking. The pool and hot tub area was lovely however. The bed was comfortable.

Room was dirty hk missed a bunch of hair and crumbs on the floor asked to be moved and they guy acted like I was being an inconvenience. The room he moved me to had toe nail clippings on the floor between the bed and nightstand. Let FD know about it in the morning before checking out

The bathroom in the room was terrible. The tile on the floor was cracked and the toilet was not affixed to the floor. I’d have to image that water leaking from the shower could be causing mold in the sub-floor.

Pretty fair hotel for the price of the stay, however there is room to be desired on the cleanliness. A good scrub to the tubs and bathrooms, cleaning the pool or hot tub, and linens could be cleaner. Breakfast was low effort and undesirable, 3 cereal option, 2 of which were empty and never filled.

It was ok. A little outdated and could probably use some newer updates. And the guy in the morning was rude when we came down for breakfast as he already started putting the breakfast away before 9 am!
