    The first room hadn’t even been cleaned other than the beds made. The second room they put us in was better except the bathroom has a leak and it was definitely coming from a sewer line and it was seeping through the floor.

    Do not Stay Here.

    Would not recommend. We had no way of getting into our room. Management did not have a card that would work for us. We had to call the front desk any time we needed to get into our room. We had no tv on the first night. I called the front desk to fix. I was told that the manager would be there to fix but no one came. On the second night, we were tired from being out all day. We wanted to come in and go to bed, had to call and wait for over 30 minutes for someone to come let us into our room. Seen one other guest with the same issue (no card) so he was also waiting to be let into his room. Outside of hotel was dirty, trash overflowing, smelled bad. Found a dead roach in the room. Luckily never seen any other roaches or insects. We would have left immediately but there were no refunds. I will never return and wouldn’t recommend.

    Atrocious Hotel & Service

    Honestly just shut the place down. I booked 2 nights (07/17/25-07/18/25 with checkout being 07/19/25). The first room I was given was already occupied. Then the second room I was given was dirty (floor, bedding), shower was broken, key didn’t work to get in, AC didn’t get room cooled. Finally, the third room was FILTHY (floor, toilet, shower, closet - still had trash in it & hadn’t been swept or mopped), key didn’t work, door was already opened when given room, start of some kind of nest being made on the wall above bed 1, AC didn’t cool room, bedding wasn’t clean. When I told front desk the next day about how the AC in the third room didn’t cool, he (Mike is his alleged name) said I was a liar and that I had turned the AC down before I came down (which had been a grand total of maybe 5 minutes) bc the room was “cool” to him. We had it on 60 all night and he thinks we turned it from 72 to 60 before we came and it went down that quick LOL. When I called him out for saying I was lying, he tried to switch his words. He offers me a FOURTH ROOM & as soon as when step foot inside, it smelt like straight weed. My daughter says “a bug just came in” and I turn around to see a roach. That did it for me. I didn’t even stay my last night and they wouldn’t give me a refund for it nor my pet deposit. I also didn’t receive my $50 “incidental fee” that they stressed to me that I would get back. Just save yourself the money & stay somewhere else.

    At check in I was told their “system” was down and they couldn’t check me in. I showed them my confirmation and payment and they were fine with that. Both front desk staff memebers seemed clueless. The floors were dirty, rooms was really outdated. There wasn’t a sufficient amount of pillows or towels, and the phone did not work to call front desk. The air conditioner unit was all broken up and taped together. The shower had good pressure however there was no head. The entire night there were people outside coming and going being really loud. NEVER AGAIN!

    Staff service was nice but overall the rooms are in poor service. The secound room we were move too had no hot water in the sink. Shower head was not putting out a stream.TV in the room all channels where graining. The first room the bead was broken.

    Outdated, shower was a slip hazard, slip and got banged up. Found two roaches. Poor finished walls. No weather channel on TV, anormal interest when traveling. I was not expecting nor wanted much but it was worst than expected. Pay a little more, enjoy your stay a lot more.

    Just looking for a cheap, clean and comfortable place before fishing. Walls were very thin, bed was not comfortable and was a metal frame. Sounded like a tin can when you roll over. Will spend $10 more per night across the street next time.
