I can't say enough about this hotel, it was amazing on every level, centrally located to everything. We were minutes from Trafalgar Square, walking distance to Buckingham Palace, and the underground was around the corner. If you stay here, you have to meet Million, yes that's his name. Ask him for a tour of Churchill's Office during WWII, you will be amazed!

First room very small, facing a brick wall…As it was a 3 day stay, next day—for an upgraded cost—was moved to a lovely room overlooking the Thames. Location could not be better. Quick walk to all the sights of Westminster, but far enough away to avoid crowds and noise. Quiet, nearly residential-seeming location as the back yard of the hotel is the Victoria Embankment Gardens. Staff was unfailingly friendly, kind and helpful. Room service meals were perfect. Highly recommend.
