Rosa ay check-in was amazing! The room was clean spacious and comfortable. We were on the 1st floor poolside so it was perfect! Pipo was clean as well.

Nice location and service

Nice and quiet only thing is food is a bit lame or too basic but its not a big deal for me since there are so many restaurants around the area. But other than that I really enjoy the stay.

I was a little uncomfortable about the adjoining door but Gonzalo, the maintenance guy came and made sure the door was secure. Rosa at the service desk was always polite and friendly.

We didn’t get there until about 11:30 pm and despite having a reservation we got the very last room and the door to the bathroom didn’t close all the way. We had no Kleenex and they advertised having a cafe they didn’t have one. I was very disappointed in the hotel.

It was good. Comfortable bed and clean room. Check in was easy. Check out was odd. The hotel refunded the sepsis they took upon check in, but they didn't charge us anything. They said we would get a receipt in a week to ten days. They seemed to not realize that we needed to pay them. And they claimed to not know the total amount agreed upon. Suggest paying hotels.com up front for less trouble.
