Terrific location -- very safe, walkable to public transportation and many good restaurants and sites. The rooms are basic and a bit dated. No frills, but our purpose was to have a safe place to sleep in a good neighborhood and this most definitely met that goal. Excellent value!

Room was a nice size and clean within reason, very basic no coffee maker, kettle, iron, fridge or toilet paper which I adjusted to But my biggest complaint is I was stuck in the elevator over an hour in the extreme heat with my daughter which was terrifying as the alarm in the elevator didn’t work I had to bang on the door I called the hotel and the guy hung up on me then didn’t answer when I tried calling again, they didn’t even pick up for hotels.com when I called them to contact the hotel. I just had to keep banging for help it was a nightmare. I booked the next flight home and left.

Good location, staff are friendly, no air conditioning and pillow is very lumpy, not comfortable, a little loud, room is not very sound insulated. Water bottles are provided with the room.

This hotel isnt fancy. If youre looking for the Hilton, keep going. If youre looking for a place to sleep, in the heart of an amazing neighborhood, with friendly staff, thats ridiculously affordable - this is exavtly what you want.

Bed had alot of stains on the pillows/covers, Toilet leaked everytime you flushed and the door to the toilet locks if you close it so you have to go down to reception everytime to get it unlocked luckily noone was in there when it shut as you could easily get locked in!

Do not stay here. They had square cute outs in the bathroom that you could lift up and access the attic. I asked to be transferred to another room and they said no. I also got bit up badly by bed bugs on my arms and legs. I woke up from The bites and saw bugs once I pulled the covers back. I only stayed one night and was not given any refund. DO NOT stay here

*WARNING* I don't normally leave reviews but I wish I was warned about this before staying here. I stayed here for a week and every single day they were doing construction on at least 4 rooms in my hallway starting at 8-9am and going into the evening. Do not expect peace after 8-9am. Dust everywhere, carpets white with dust. Absolutely abysmal behaviour from a hotel, and even though the price is low, they shouldn't even be renting out rooms in a literal CONSTRUCTION ZONE. Insane!! I have stayed at all kinds of hotels and have never experienced that before. Otherwise, the room is fine but the walls are very thin and you can hear every single word from your neighbour and of course they can hear you. There is a vent window in the bathroom that can't be covered, that goes into the supply closet that is constantly in use by cleaners, and you can hear other people showering and using the bathroom because they also have windows - so not very private. This hotel doesn't understand the concept of DO NOT DISTURB, even though they have signs you can put on your door, which I did. Despite this, they knocked on my door every single day and then when I didn't answer they called me on the phone. When I wasn't there to remind them to leave me alone, they entered anyways. I even told them multiple times that they don't need to walk. Truly an unacceptable nuisance. Do yourselves a favour and book at one of the many other options you have, or AirBnb for best value.
