The front desk staff was amazing, especially the younger black guy. But the rooms were terrible. I had a room where the ac didn’t work and the sink was stopped up. Later another guy moved me to another room and I had issues with the tv and I couldn’t take a shower. So my stay sucked.

Staff exceptionally friendly. Room was large. Bathroom was large. It’s an older hotel. The carpet needs to be updated as it had a musky smell. The porcelain on tub was rusting in areas. Needs touch up. It was an inexpensive stay so Inreally don’t have any complaints.

The room was extremely outdated and had an unusual smell. There was no iron in the room. The pool was out of service and as well as the elevator. I was on the third floor. The staff was very helpful and friendly and brought me an iron. The staff was great just the property needs a lot of TLC.

Slept like a baby

Check in was a breeze. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the water pressure was amazing during a shower. This place could really use some updates. Needs more outlets, only open one was the bathroom. Elevators were down so I asked for a 1st floor room which wasn’t available, but 2nd floor wasn’t too bad. I missed breakfast but a Dennys is steps away so no big deal. Close to airport, highway, and many food options, I would definitely return after a renovation.

Would not stay again

the staff is responsive and helpful. but other than the staff, the Inn itself is so rundown and pretty nasty of a place. The room is dirty, smells of mold, carpet has so much stains on it (make sure you bring a slipper), hot water didn't work one morning, key cards stopped working every night (staff was always present to fix it though, but just annoying). Bed was actually decent, although sheets also had stains. I would definitely not stay here next time and would much prefer to pay extra for a nicer accommodation.

Was allowed to check in early if I did not go to the room which is what I wanted. Took Uber to parade and when we got back in at 7:00 to having issues opening the door. Once we got the door open the room had never been cleaned. Bed still had dirty sheets and the bathroom was a complete mess. Had to go to the front office and they had to find me another room. This place has gone down since the last time I stayed there.

My sheets were stained, dirty or used. Have picture of what looks like body fluid on them. Elevator not functioning. I have had major back surgery and was required to carry suitcases to third floor. You bet why you pay for

Very nice staff and clean bed. Beyond that there are issues. 1. The door to the unit did not have a chain nor did the deadbolt work which is a safety concern. 2. The bathtub was mostly clogged so the water rose over my feet while showering. 3. Roughly half the lights on the walkway were out which makes the area dark and unsafe. 4. Even though i had reservations for three nights, i was required to have my key card reactivated each day after 11am or it would not work to my room. This hotel is old and needs a total refurbishing.

What this hotel lacks in glitz and glamour it makes up in hospitality. Our first night started a little rough but the young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and changed our rooms. The young lady at the breakfast bar was the most sweetest and patient woman there. Every morning she would great us with a smile and help us with our breakfast, ask about our day before, genuinely interested in us. The rooms were again nothing fancy and the halls could definitely use an upgrade/cleaning. So if you can look past that and you just need a place to sleep I would choose it again.

Rented a room for 2 nights during the Super Bowl for 2039.00! This property is dilapidated. Our room and mattress smelled like urine with stained bedding. We kept the door open most of the time to handle the smell. The elevators didn't work and we were on the top 3rd floor. We had to change rooms because the smoke detector wouldn't stop chirping after replacing the battery. The 2nd room had to have the cable box and remote replaced. Room keys never worked even after rekeying them. However, very helpful understanding staff! DO NOT STAY HERE!

First of all, the staff was awesome. Friendly and went out of their way to accommodate. However the property and room were garbage. The key card reader wasn’t working on the room doors so we had to get a staff member to let us in EVERY TIME we had to leave. Room was nasty, toilet seat falling off the commode, bathroom light didn’t work, bed lamps didn’t work, carpet was dirty, beds were uncomfortable, etc etc. We have learned our lesson. We stayed only because it was a big concert weekend and everything else was either booked or stupid high.

This location is HORRIBLE!!!! The worst experience that I’ve had. Was which to two rooms. 1st room the door would not lock once I tried to leave, the television didn’t work. The bathroom was dirty. Ok the second room, television still didn’t work, the toilet wouldn’t flush. The restroom was still dirty. There was bugs running throughout the room & there was dead bugs on the floor. This was the most horrific experience I’ve had in all my time of visiting New Orleans. The staff at the front desk was so nice. I know & understand that it wasn’t their fault. But as for booking with them or through Expedia!! It will be a no + plus. I absolutely didn’t not appreciate this reservation. I’m still itching, I checked out early Sunday morning. They truly make it look & sound good, but the reality is, this hotel is TRASH!!!!!!!!!

There is so much I could say, but I will limit it to four things: the hallways were so disgustingly dirty that it was hard to fathom. Gross beyond belief. No ice machine anywhere. ALL elevators broken. Although the room itself was clean and comfortable, the exterior and parking lot was disgusting. Spend the extra $40 and stay elsewhere.
