This stay was absolutely terrible. The bed smelled like urine. My husband and I checked the bathroom and there were no bath towels available, so we had to go purchase our own. Lastly, the tub was terrible. It was not clean, and the shower lining was dirty and wet when we arrived. Thank God we had family in this area, otherwise, we wouldn’t have been able to shower.

Hotels.com booked me a room at this over booked hotel. I checked in online and everything. When I got there the front desk lady said we don't have anymore room we over booked. I asked why was I asked to check in early she said I don't know but you need to call whomever you booked through and ask them for a refund. She wouldn't even check the system to see what was going on. When Hotels.com tried to call she didn't even answer the phone.

Had to be let in with a key by manager. Could not come and go as we had no way to get in. Told staff in am to cancel 2nd night as we were not offered to move. Called customer service at hotels.com still no resolution to refund money for a horrible stay.
