Good breakfast and enough open space to place the laptop and work. Despite teh nearby highway it was a quiet night. The neighborhood has a lot of shopping and standard dining choices including supermarkets (Aldi, Trader's Joe and Whole Foods within less than a mile). Also decent to go for a run outside
