The staff at this hotel are very attentive and offer great hospitality. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and our food arrived exactly as we ordered it and prepared perfectly. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. During breakfast the Executive Chef came out to make sure our food was prepared to our taste. Can’t say enough good things about the staff at this property.

All the employees were very kind and friendly. The hotel seemed really run down. The mattresses were too soft, tile flooring was cracked, toilet was very loud making a farting sound every time it flushed. The shower pressure was great! It was a shower with a tub. The provided shampoos, condition, body wash smelled manly and the lotion smelled expired. The ac was ok, it kept part of the room freezing. Tv only had basic channels and nick but not Disney. Loved that it had a microwave and fridge. The pillows were super soft which was awesome! The breakfast was interesting. I paid additionally for the buffet style and as expected to tip. The employee did grab us drinks and worked hard. Overall, I probably wouldn’t return because it was a little too rundown for the price, and you need to pay for parking.

Great stay

The shuttle bus from airport to hotel is a godsend. Hotel is great, breakfast though quite expensive is a la cart or buffet (which isn’t always available) but very tasty.

Staff were nice. Room was dark. Lines had bright red appear to be a blood satin in the sheet and comforter on the bed where my husband was laying on. I looked for any open skin on his body but I see no open skin. Large paint chip in the tub which we reported to the front desk. They are nice about it and offered to change the room but we have already settled in the room. Finding the blood on the sheet was midnight so I said tomorrow to change the room. Sink drain makes noice almost sounds like someone is knocking on the door through out the night. When the air/heater comes on, there is a bug clicking sounds that wakes you up in the middle of night.
