Horrible conditions and dirty room

Stayed for a concert. The room was extremely dirty. Bed sheets were stained (did not notice this until we had stripped the bed), the bathroom smelled like old urine, and walls were dirty. Would not recommend staying here.

Well I will tell you this much I will never say at that hotel again I found that the staff or management were very rude and the mage were very terrible and it has gone downhill since I've stayed there before I ended up leaving the hotel because it accused me of smoking in the room and I was not smoking and then you're trying to have a police on me so I asked for a refund and I got out terrible stay

Staff/ Manager, Upon my check in to the EReal / Rodeway Inn, I was offered the option of putting a cash deposit or credit card for incidentals so I gave the night audit manager $100 cash and he said I would get it returned upon checkout. Until now I have not received my deposit or a phone call as of when I would get it back. When calling the staff is unaware and I have been trying to get this matter handled.
