Well I will tell you this much I will never say at that hotel again I found that the staff or management were very rude and the mage were very terrible and it has gone downhill since I've stayed there before I ended up leaving the hotel because it accused me of smoking in the room and I was not smoking and then you're trying to have a police on me so I asked for a refund and I got out terrible stay

I called to confirm my room the day before my stay, and the man at the front desk was rude, told me to call the 3rd-party site, and hung up. When I called back with my confirmation number, he finally found my reservation but was still irritated. The room felt musky and the AC smelled like dirt. There was no hot water until I called and asked them to turn it on (had to wait about 15 min). Housekeeping never came during my stay even though I left the “maid needed” sign. I had to go to the front desk just to get clean towels. Every call to the front desk was met with a rude and annoyed tone. I later booked a room for my parents and again experienced the same poor attitude. Between the uncomfortable room and terrible customer service, I won’t stay here again and don’t recommend it.

Cute place but they charge a $100 security deposit, no issue with that but usually when you book it discloses that upon booking. Rooms are clean. Only poor stars because upon coming in the person at the front desk was rude and on the phone with someone the whole time (friend or family?) and kind of had an attitude and looked at me weirdly.

They booked me in the wrong room . Damaged my personal beloging and stole items . I would not recommend anyone stay here. They informes me not to book another night . They dont want businesses nor do they deserve it.
