These were the thinnest walls in any hotel / motel I’ve been. You can almost overhear full conversations from the adjacent rooms. The elevator was broken, but the front desk girl did warn us ahead of time. She was sweet and helpful, but the rooms were just way too loud.

We stayed at this hotel because our previous hotel sold our room. So this was a very last minute option. Walking into the lobby it smells like months old chewed up bubblegum, which was very off-putting. The elevator was rickety, smelled like vomit , pesticide , and melted crayons. And actually broke down the 2nd day of our stay. The room was not much better. It reeked of stale hot dog water, and wet dog. I still do not understand how you can have people checking in every day, but housekeeping only comes once every 2 weeks.

Ryan at the front desk has excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the our room were cockroaches infested every where in this room and the beds too. My wife and I left the room asap. I went back to Ryan and told him of the issue / concern. Also, we're seniors and had to walk to the third floor by the stairways due to their elevator was out of order. I would like Expedia to refund me. Very disappointed almost guests. TX

Despite previous reviews, my room was very clean upon arrival. I stayed a week, but the room was never cleaned in between and no one manned the desk before 9 am. Which was a problem. The room also was not restocked with toilet paper or towels, nor trash emptied during my stay. No usual amenities were supplied like shampoo, lotion, soap for kitchen, tissues. On the positive side there are no weight limitations on dogs, it was quiet, ample area for pets to relieve themselves. Large size frig and microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of room for storage.

Police were outside the property due to criminal incident. The reception area was filled with questionable characters and an unprofessional front desk clerk. Elevator was broken and I was told to use the stairs to get to my room. The stairwell landing was filled with human and dog urine, no lighting to see where I was going and people hanging out in the hallways and stairwells. I felt very unsafe and literally handed the front desk my key card and left. No one cared. This place felt like section 8 housing and shouldn’t position itself as a “hotel”.

The room was tore up from whoever stayed in it before. The elevator smells like dog poop. Everyone there is loud. The only good thing I can say is that I was able to spend time with the love of my life. Just wish we could’ve had a cleaner experience while we stayed there.

I booked my stay online, but when I called to confirm check in time, the employee informed me the office was closed. She did not understand why the payment was taken when the front desk was closed for check in. Luckily she came to the hotel to process my check in. Upon arrival, i met another guest with the same issue...had it not been for this employee, my family would have been stuck outside on Thanksgiving day. I did not have enough money to book another hotel
