The staff was friendly. The toilet had poop in it when we got there but after traveling and getting in late with 2 small kids I just flushed and cleaned it myself. The toilet would run all night if you didn’t jiggle the handle. The shower was not the best. The rest of the room was clean. The breakfast was really good

There was a.small stain on one.of the bed comforters like dirt. The beds were uncomfortable not just for me but the kids and husband thought so as well. The majority of the room was cleaned other than that. The heated indoor pool was nice to have in the cold but the pool co dition needes updated. The staff were great and friendly and the free breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The pool area was nice, the gym is way too small and would be nice if it was available before 6am.
The room was on average for cleanliness, surfaces and most areas were fine. The shower ceiling had mold, shower curtain was dirty and don't look behind any furniture, a ton of built up dust and dirt.
Housekeeping was where this place fails. It apon request and u requested 3 days in a row, with assurance from the front desk my room would be cleaned and made up, but it never happened

The female at the desk was very friendly. She arranged to have our 3 rooms near each other which was convenient. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy and the best was the breakfast. Biscuits and gravy were spot on!

Super nice lady who checked us in. Cleanliness was at issue. Stuff still in fridge, hair in shower, and tumbleweed of hair on bathroom floor. Excellent breakfast, remainder of room was clean.
