Convenient and Clean

Our room was pet friendly at the end of the hall next to stairwell. People went in and out all night which made the dog crazy. He heard would growl lowly everytime he heard something. Consequently,we didnt sleep well. Otherwise, the employees were all very nice. Housekeepers included.

A nice place to stay

A nice, quiet and clean hotel close to downtown. The room has all the amenities needed for a short stay; including a fridge, microwave, TV, and shower with GREAT water pressure. There are several places to eat within walking distance. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when requesting a specific room type. Will definitely stay here again when in Roseburg.

Older hotel thats been upgraded but feels a little like putting lipstick on a pig. Bed was too soft and there were small super cheap pillows. Homeless people were living in tents under the bridge literally next to the hotel. Breakfast was adequate but morning desk girl was a snarky b*tch

One night on our way to San Francisco. The staff is great and the room was adequate for our stay. Microwave, coffee maker, frig. We had a dog with us and the extra fee was reasonable and included an extra sheet to place on top of the bed plus pet treats and other helpful items. The room was clean and everything worked. We have stayed here before and most likely will stay again.

Simple, clean place with beautiful views of the river and park/walking path. The room was decent size and the bed was good. Things to know before you book: The functional, but small bathrooms have little ventilation and the bathroom windows open on the front walkway. The bedding was minimal (bring an extra blanket) and the air unit was noisy. We could hear voices from the next room, but not bad.
