Our second visit here as we enjoyed so much last year. A great hotel with large swimming pool and other lagoon pools taking you down to private beach with good beach bar and lunch menu. Very well set out and beautifully landscaped. Walking Street is directly opposite the hotel providing several dining options from restaurants to street food. Also shopping stalls and even entertainment on Weekend evenings. Easy enough to get a taxi to Long Beach and other beach bars/restaurants. Very good buffet breakfast in the hotel. Nice hotel but would not say it is a 5 star hotel more 4 star. We had the so not disturb sign on but got woken several times one time we were called to sign for a bill from the day before which could of been sorted in the afternoon. Beach is lovely and views aroung sunset are amazing. Really good place to have down time when travelling but limited places for rhe evening apart from food venues at the night market.

Staff is friendly and rooms are clean but…

Our first night we arrived we were out in a suite with no functioning air conditioning. We told staff right away because it was reading 29° in the room and it was so stuffy. They sent an engineer to fix it but did not fix anything in the end. After three attempts to fix it and several hours later we requested to be switched to another room. We asked to speak with a manager and we kept getting promised that they would make that happen but it never happened until I reached out to The hotels app customer service… All of a sudden they were able to get a hold of the manager and we were put into a new room within 30 minutes. We were asked by the manager what they can offer in order to make things right in our eyes. I suggested that because we lost out on our first nights plans due to the issues with the air conditioning, I suggested one free night at the hotels expense to make up for our plants having to be canceled for the initial night and the Manager said they will have to talk with the GM. The GM declined it which is disappointing because I thought it was a very fair request. In the end, we were switched to another room that was a slight upgrade in size.

Average hotel in average area - don’t expect anything special. If you want to pick better place go to Sao beach and/or Grand World area

Beautifully presented luxury hotel. No negatives at all. Rooms are nice, breakfasts enormous, pools fabulous, beach amazing. Would be happy to stay again.

We stayed at this property for 1 night. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great vibe to it. The included breakfast is comprehensive and tasty. The room was comfortable nicely appointed and had a lovely view from the balcony. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We would stay here again, and would recommend it to others.

Great location and facilities. Seemed understaffed for the size of hotel and number of guests. Looked like a 5 star hotel, but definitely didn’t experience like a 5 star hotel, with things missing or broken in room, took a long time for staff to action anything, breakfast was mostly cold and coffee hard to come by most mornings.
