Great Location and Staff

The front desk was amazing. The beds were hard. No water in the room unless you paid for it. Asked to take a glass from breakfast for meds and they said no. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was an issue because of the van we rented. They helped us a lot with that. Great location.

The hotel itself is amazing. The location is also fantastic. The bed in the room is absolutely ATROCIOUS! The worst night sleep ever. For a hotel that looks as beautiful as that to have such a horrible bed with the springs digging in your back is unacceptable! Its the equivalent to how homeless people sleep in the street. PLEASE GET BETTER BEDS AND BEDDING!!
