Our receptionists on arrival and departure were exceptional. Amazingly friendly and helpful The rooms are quite outdated, which the pictured really don’t show and is therefore a bit of a mislead. Chipped furniture an old aircon that’s all flaked etc Also a massive shoutout to our waiter in the restaurant. We had lunch and he was THE BEST! Thank you so much

Room was run down and the heating/cooling didn't work. room stayed at 70 which is fine but if it was a hot or cold day, it would have been miserable.

This is a very basic, no thrills hotel. The rooms are mediocre, as is the service. I stayed 4 nights and not once did room service clean my room. There is a 24-hour free coffee/tea machine in the lobby, which I did enjoy using.
