It was overall a good stay however the showering experience needs attention we had to share a bar of soap and shower head is way to low we had to develop a technique to wash our hair…

Room was clean, but out of date. About what you should expect from an old Reno hotel. Showers are built for a 4ft tall person. At check out there was no one present at the front desk.

Well, we got stuck in one of there elevators for awhile… had to call the front desk then security so they could send someone (no compensation given just the run around). Rooms comfortable, pool quite small for how many rooms they have so it was packed.

The hotel looks great but the room itself could use some updating. You can hear everything from outside to the rooms next to you. The bed is extremely soft leaving no support for the lower back/hips. The elevators are also very slow and left long lines
