Overall, The Baymont is a decent choice if you’re looking for somewhere reasonably priced and convenient. It’s not a luxury experience by any means, but it’s functional and does the job for a short stay. There are certainly some areas that could be improved, but for the price, it’s not a bad option.

No coffee pot, hair dryer or phone in room. Tv only had 1 channel. Reserved a room with king and sofa for 3 adults. Given room with 1 king and no sofa. Had to get changed to roo. With 2 doubles.

Awful stay anywhere else

Unpleasant & not at all hospitable owners/operators. Terribly unclean property. Could not sit in any chairs, all stained with human 'fluids' so gross I was even afraid to sleep in the bed! Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. I almost never leave a good or bad review but his one is so bad I had to warn others.

There was a mistake at check-in an additional $265 was charged to my card problem was rectified but took 4 days to get my money back. Beds were comfy but I did see a roach in our bathroom and the shower handle was broken off. Towels and sheets were supposed to be replaced on day three but were not.

I wouldn't stay there

The hotel was ran down and needs a major overhaul. My husband tried ironing his pants and the iron was so old and messed up it ruined my husband's dress pants. The beds were uncomfortable and there were spiders and ants in the room. I stayed at this hotel last year and it was amazing but I dont know what happened in a year because it is really run down.

It was ok we did not have room service we had to get are own towels from the front desk our trash was over flowing the shower curtain was broken in the bathroom so when you took a shower, it was pretty much no privacy at all very little lighting and we could not find but two outlets to plug-in tablets and phones in. Definitely need some TLC upgrades does not look like the pictures online at all but it was OK. It was a place to sleep for a couple days.

The hotel room was filthy & smelled horrible (like a combination of cigarette smoke & a wet dog). There was dust on all the furniture, the carpet wasn't vacuumed, and the bathroom was dirty. We didn't get clean towels and our key card stopped working on two separate occasions. This place was gross!

The beds are very comfortable , their was confusion at the front desk after I had checked in and unpacked my door opened up and it was another customer who was given the same exact room as me with key to my room, lucky I was inside the room and also he was an honest customer and apologized and showed me his key and key folder was for my exact room number. The pool doesn’t open up until 2pm closes at 10pm Breakfast was good and had lots of options, front end staff were very nice and polite when I had interactions with them, they also only take cash for items you purchase there ie: snacks drinks. There are pets allowed here we did not bring. A pet but noticed animals inside with customers , phones in room are fake (not real) so you have to walk to front desk with issues , which can be over 100 meters Walk in half the rooms …overall 7/10.

Dirty, cheap, don’t go.

Found 3 bugs when we entered and got rid of them. Woke up to a ton of ants in the bathroom all over the floor. We didn’t even use the trash in the bathroom. Missing tile in the bathroom roof, hair in the tub, counter feels like it will fall if you put pressure on it. Room floor was clean but walls were dirty, bed headboard was dirty and just needed wiped harder. Had to clean this room ourselves to make ourselves comfortable. Will never stay here again.
