Check in and out was extremely easy. The lady at the concierge desk was very helpful. We didn’t use the amenities (hot tub, etc) because it was our first time to the canyon and we spent most of our time there. The beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping was very good. We had breakfast in the restaurant before we left and it was delicious. The waiter and other members of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying there again.

This hotel is not new it’s dated and the room carpet itself was really dirty. There is no free breakfast included in the room price however this location is really close to the park. It’s about 15 minute drive when there is no traffic so it’s perfect location. There is an IMAX nearby Pizza Hut and other restaurants walkable distance or short drive. There’s also a gas station conveniently located next to this plaza. It was fully sold out the day we checked in, due to reasonable price and close to the Grand Canyon
