Areas of Improvement

It was a good hotel and people were nice and professional, while I had two issues. First, bed was old and need to be changed. The second issue is about the porter service. They put claim check tabs on my suite cases and they were so sticky that I was not able to remove them from my bags. There are stains on my bags.
