Dejligt hotel og virkelig informativt personale - det er godt nok ikke alle steder, der sÊlger deres hotel lige sÄ godt. Bare at fÄ information om morgenmad, kaffe/te, snacks mm UDEN man selv skal spÞrge! SÄ tak for det :-) Vi var der, da der var 28 grader udenfor og fik et vÊrelse mod syd. Da der ingen aircondition var, ville det have vÊret rart med en lille ventilator/vifte pÄ vÊrelserne. Vi sov med Äben vindue - og da det var ud mod gaden, var det virkelig stÞjende (det skal lige siges, at vi heller ikke fik spurgt om de havde en ventilator/vifte).

NÀr vi checkade in vid 18-tiden kunde inte receptionisten ge vettig information om parkeringsmöjligheter. HÀnvisade alla gÀster till en liten allmÀn p-plats rakt över gatan (typ 18 platser). Betydligt fler rum Àn sÄ pÄ hotellet. Vi fick sjÀlva jaga oss fram till en svindyr p-plats en bit frÄn hotellet. NÀr vi pÄtalade att hon mÄste kunna visa pÄ fler möjligheter sÄ var hon otrevlig och sa att hon inte kunde veta att det var fullt. Hennes huvudsakliga arbetsuppgift var tydligen att stÄ utanför entrén och röka och dÄ med full uppsikt över p-platsen.

VĂŠrelset var fint god plads. Til 2 voksne og 1 barn. DesvĂŠrre utrolig meget larm fra de nĂŠrliggende gader af biler mm. RengĂžringen var elendig (der var max blevet stĂžvsuget) Lagn var der pletter pĂ„ (mĂ„tte ned til receptionen 2 gange for at bede om et nyt og yderligere vente pĂ„ de selv kom op med et nyt - ventet godt en time fra fĂžrste besked til at det var ved vĂŠrelset) Vindueskarme var stĂžvet som sad fast pĂ„ ens mobil cover LĂžst hĂ„ndtag til badevĂŠrelset Afrejsen blev der igen gjort opmĂŠrksom pĂ„ de fejl der havde vĂŠret den eneste besked der kom var : - jeg giver rengĂžringen besked om det , vi beklager god tur hjem 🙄 Det blev gjort klart lige prĂŠcis dĂ©r at jeg aldrig bestiller hotel fra den kĂŠde igen. Ikke at jeg forventede nogen form for kompensation men lidt medfĂžlelse havde vĂŠret pĂ„ sin plads. Det er trods alt et HOTEL ophold man har bestilt.
