Never again

Great customer service, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Swimming pool dirty and no hot tub. No breakfast. Area where hotel is located was sketchy homeless, druggies, and prostitution all around hotel. Can't even walk to to local restaurants.

Absolutely would not recommend. After having to ask for blankets for beds and making them ourselves, elevator rides with hookers constantly, the view of drug deals and hookers from the balcony, coming back to our room from the beach with used condoms laying around we checked out several days early. Not to mention the mold visibly growing in the bathroom.

Do not stay there. Roaches in the room. Spa was blocked off and more like a party hotel and lots of homeless walking around. Waitied 10 mins to get checked in caus ethe lady in the back looted at me and turned the other way till another staff memeber came to help me did she walk to the front and ask if they needed help. Room was not clean at all water stain on the ceiling and bath. We have stayed before and had a great time but after this i will never go back
