This property is one of our faves in Chicago. We have stayed several times. The rooftop pool in the summer is amazing. Bell staff (Ves), check-in staff, towel service staff… all excellent. Would have been all 5stars except the rudeness and lack of service of the afternoon desk staff. It’s a shame one person can ruin an experience that was otherwise fantastic.
