Great fun and relaxing. The thermopolis downtown has great stores and restaurants, too.

Great stay!

Your staff went out of their way to get us settled in even when the computers were down. Everything was clean and comfortable
Helen, 2-night trip

I LOVE this place!! You can't beat the location, it's quiet and clean with large rooms, a good size mini-fridge and microwave and the most wonderful small hot spring outdoor large hot tub overlooking the river and swinging bridge. Breakfast was good and located in a true WY-style "safari room" plus it's right next to the Wy Pioneer Home. It's in the town park that has the famous free Thermopois/Hot Spring springs and terraces. The best part was the staff--the gal at the front desk was wonderful!

Wonderful Experience

I spent one night, and it was very nice. I had a cocktail and snack at the Safari Club, and loved it. Service was amazing.

Loved this quaint hotel

Mineral outdoor hot tub was the highlight and they have a restaurant/bar on aite as well plus walking distance to state park.
Holly R, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

There were a lot of issues that had to be resolved during my stay. We tried to eat at the restaurant and it was closed when we went during posted open hours. The common areas needed a lot of attention. Upkeep and maintenance seemed to be lacking. Loved the location, within the state park and walking distance to the hot springs.
Laura, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Outdated property in need of some major TLC. The bathroom had moldy ceilings and the room had a smell. The hallways dimly lit, giving me a horror movie vibe. The best part about this hotel was the hot spring pool.
