Front desk great, small improvements needed

The front desk was excellent interacted with several employees at it but there was two that stood out with great customer service. The only things we would have fix is the tv picture was terrible as if it was old and needed to be switched out and we kept having to ask ask house keeping to change towels instead of them coming and asking if we needed cleaning or towels and linen
