The most unique experience in downtown Florence. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to the Museum, Duomo and shopping. This boutique hotel was very lovely. Staff was very helpful, Manuela went above and beyond. Wine and amazing breakfast included!!!

The room was pretty amazing, but I was only there for one night so really didn't get to enjoy it as much as I would have liked. I was very uncertain about the check-in process since there was not the usual street-level registration/welcome desk. It involved being buzzed in through three different doors and and up to registration via a lift. It is not staffed 24 hours but once you are registered you are given a card and a buzzer to let yourself in. That process would have been good to know in advance!

La chambre est très propre et spacieuse, il n'y a vraiment rien à dire. L'hotel est situé dans un immeuble historique typique de Florence, ça transpire l'histoire! Nous sommes arrivés un peu avant 19h, il n'y avait personne à la réception mais quelqu'un nous a guidé par téléphone. L'accès à l'immeuble et à l'hotel au 3è étage se faire grace à une application (pour ouvrir les portes). C'est vraiment troublant alors que c'est plutôt moderne comme approche. J'étais coté cours et c'est vraiment calme. Mes amis qui étaient côté rue se sont plaints du bruit des voitures et deux roues.

The staff was absolutely amazing from booking to check-out. The location was on a very nice, safe street and walkable to the major sites. The room and bathroom were spacious and well equipped. The only complaint is the breakfast was minimal and there were no hot foods offered. It was mostly breads, however, the staff offered fresh espresso beverages which was nice. Would definitely recommend to friends!
